The Supreme Court gave judgment today on an appeal by Michael and Thomas Bailey, directors of Bovale Developments and on a cross-appeal by the Director of Corporate Enforcement.

The High Court today decided that Mr. Jim Lacey, former Chief Executive and non-executive director of National Irish Bank, should be disqualified for nine years.
