Judgement of Mr. Justice Kearns in proceedings brought by Dunnes Stores Ireland Company, Dunnes Stores (ILAC Centre) Limited and Margaret Heffernan challenging the constitutionality of Sections 19(5) and (6) of the Companies Act 1990 as enacted.
