“ODCE has agreed to withdraw the prosecution of John Mulhern for alleged offences relating to Director’s Loans. Mr Mulhern has agreed to withdraw his Judicial Review proceedings and the allegations contained therein. Related Judicial Review Proceedings brought by ODCE are to be discontinued with no Orders as to costs.”
