A man in his 60’s was arrested this morning by members of the Garda Bureau of Fraud Investigation (GBFI) attached to the Office of the Director of Corporate Enforcement (ODCE). The arrest is part of the continuing investigation by the ODCE and GBFI into certain alleged irregularities at a financial institution.
The man is currently being detained in Bray Garda Station under the provisions of Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act 1984 as amended.
