Following an investigation carried out by the Office of the Director of Corporate Enforcement (“ODCE”), Mr Shane Murphy (43) of Carrigaline, County Cork, was today (17 September 2020) convicted of an offence under section 855 of the Companies Act 2014 before Cork City District Court. The Director has issued a Press Release on the matter.
