Arising from an investigation conducted by the ODCE and following directions from the Director of Public Prosecutions (“DPP”), Mr. John Canny, aged 41, from Lucan, County Dublin, was sentenced in Dublin Circuit Court to 18 months with the entire sentence suspended for a period of 18 months.
