01. Can ODCE assist in internal disputes between directors?

No. ODCE has no role in relation to internal disputes between directors and sees responsibility for resolving such disputes as residing with the directors themselves. If necessary, independent legal advice should be sought. Ultimately, the High Court could direct the winding up of the company if a resolution of the dispute is not found.
