The purpose of this form is to assist in identifying the circumstances suggesting corporate malpractice by companies, directors or other company officers under the Companies Acts. It sets out the type of information which we would require to enable a complaint to be properly evaluated. If you have such a concern, you may print off and complete the complaint form and forward it to us with associated documentary evidence to the postal address listed on our ODCE Contact Information page. If you wish, you may submit an anonymous complaint, but the ODCE reserves the right not to pursue such a complaint. If, however, you choose to supply us with your details, the Director of the Corporate Enforcement and his staff will act in accordance with their statutory obligations to safeguard the confidentiality of information received by them.
