However, please be aware that the only records subject to disclosure are those relating to the general administration of the ODCE. Records dealing, for instance, with the ongoing compliance and enforcement work of the Office are outside the scope of the Act.
Before emailing your FOI Request to odcefoi@odce.ie you should satisfy yourself that the request is one which comes within the scope of the above conditions. If a qualifying FOI request involves the deployment of significant staff and other resources to fulfil the request, you will be asked to pay a fee to cover administration costs.
